Horrible feel

The tips are to be signed in before your event tickets go Onsale. However, upon getting on my app, I had to "verify" it was me before I could proceed to the queue even though I was signed in. I had tried to wait upwardly to see if the tickets I was attempting to purchase were part of the VIP package, and then when I was done reading the extra info, I clicked the "X" on the pop up and it COMPLETELY took me out of the whole trying to find tickets area when I was taking part in a presale and had already waited behind 1000 people. I had to restart. Had to FOR SOME reason "cosign" myself 5 more than times considering it wouldn't let me into queue until I did that as it was trying to say I was already apart of the sale to go tickets, withal I couldn't get to the tickets! Of grade by the time I get back in- I had to wait behind some other 500 people and prices were jacked up when I had already previously selected tickets at a reasonable toll! I'm so mad I could throw my telephone! This has happened to me previously before also where I get kicked out and have to and then sign in again for trying to leave out of a "more info" expanse on what I'm trying to buy. What is the purpose of telling people to already exist signed in when it wants to "authenticate" yous ALSO?!!!

App is Bad Website is Even Worse

So, I log onto Ticketmaster to buy 2 tickets to an upcoming concert. Observe the show no problem get the tickets I desire no problem. When information technology comes to placing the order it says, you lot must log on to use express checkout payment method. Oops on me, forgot to log on. And so I log back on and 'Identify Social club' and it tells me the same thing. Okay. Let me close the browser and delete all cookies because the website is dumb. Did all of that and try again. Sign into my account and get to 'Place Order' still the aforementioned error.
Okay maybe I'grand an idiot. Let'south effort from the phone. Go go onto the app, where I'm signed into my account, see the show I want to purchase tickets for. What do you know?? Clicked the bear witness I desire and information technology just gives me a bare white screen for fifteen minutes.
Alright and then know I have to effort to speak to customer service. I click through everything and when I get to the Contact U.s.a. page there'south numerous means to attempt to contact them, e-mail, letter, alive chat, numbers for already purchased tickets, and a Call Us department. Practice yous remember they left their customer service number under the Call Is section??? Nope they did not. So onto of all the extra coin I have to spend per ticket, their website and app does not part properly. If you can stay away from ever using this monopoly to purchase tickets.

In the cease I created a fake email so I could log on and buy my 2 tickets. I guess if you want everything to work merely go on making fake emails.

Literally the WORST company

I purchased tickets to the No Shame 5SOS tour that was supposed to exist last month, but the tour got cancelled back in July. I got the email nigh the cancellation and they said I would automatically have a refund candy for my tickets considering at that place was to be no event. Here it is 4 months after from July and a whole month subsequently the consequence, with admittedly no advice from TM, no mode to CONTACT TM, and surprise surprise no money back yet either. I am struggling so much correct now considering I tin't work due to COVID and I could seriously apply the money and to my knowledge there was no reschedule of the event. I accept been trying to contact TM on their site but every time I click anything similar "contact us" I get redirected to the same BS manufactures answering questions that don't assistance ane bit. I am merely so frustrated at the lack of communication and the utter disregard for their customers during this fourth dimension correct at present. I would understand if there was a high volume of customers requesting refunds, I get it I work in customer service myself, but to not even provide any sort of updates! My account just has the event under "past events" with CANCELLED over it, but other than that admittedly no relevant information. I am out close to $500 and have nothing to even show for it at this point. Accept some humility! I wouldn't recommend Ticketmaster even if my life depended on it at this betoken.
